Get information about Probiotics and developing a healthy gut with Lissette Llamas

SAN FRANCISCO, CA (October 28th, 2022) – Kounsel is inviting everyone to a live session with Lissette Llamas, a registered dietitian specializing in diabetes, weight, and heart management. This paid session will be held on November 8, 2022, at 5 pm PST. It will feature a discussion on choosing the best probiotics and whether they can be found in foods or supplements. Participants can join the session on Facebook, YouTube, and the Kounsel app.

The session is another installment of Kounsel Live’s Healthy Diet, Happy Life series. In this session, participants will learn how to improve general well-being and maintain a physically and mentally healthy state using probiotics. Lisette will also discuss the connection between a healthy gut and correct brain functioning while providing expert answers to questions about proper nutrition from participants.

Some of the subtopics that will be discussed in this session include the following:

  • What probiotics do in the body
  • The best probiotic supplements to take
  • The amount of probiotics that are safe to take in a day
  • Can probiotics be abused/ can you take too much of them?
  • The best time to take probiotics
  • Can everyone take probiotics?
